"This was my first time going to an independent nail salon, and I had such a great experience with Sovine! 🥰 From the moment you arrive, she makes you feel welcome and comfortable. She even takes the time to prepare a little station for you with water and snacks, which is such a thoughtful touch! Her nail station is super cute, well organized, clean, and sanitized. You can really tell that cleanliness and hygiene are important to her. I got both my nails and toenails done, and even though she was working on me for both, she used a different sanitized set of tools for each. Sovine really takes her time and makes sure her work is done properly. She pays attention to the little details and cleans everything carefully throughout the appointment. I wanted my nails to be white, and she made sure I was happy with the color and asked if it was opaque enough or if I wanted another coat. I really appreciated that she checked with me instead of just assuming! It truly shows that Sovine loves what she does and cares about her clients and her work. On top of everything, I had such a good time chatting and exchanging with her throughout the appointment. 💕 Overall, I had a really great first experience and felt comfortable and well taken care of.
